The OMEGA VI rotary gas meter of vemm tec Messtechnik GmbH is a positive displacement meter for volume and flow rate measurement. The meter is suited for measuring clean, dry, und non-corrosive gases like natural gas, propane, butane, air, nitrogen, and others. The OMEGA VI is used for highly accurate measurement with a very large rangeability. The measured actual volume is often converted into volume at base conditions. The OMEGA VI is therefore prepared for use in combination with an electronic volume converter. The OMEGA VI rotary gas meter complies with all national und international requirements for gas meters – MGR (MID), DGRL (PED), DIN EN 12480, ISO, OIML etc.

The OMEGA VI can be used for the following applications:

• Meter sizes G25 to G250
• Flow ranges 0.6 – 480 m3/h
• Nominal diameters DN 50 to DN 100
• Pressure stages PN10/16 and ANSI 150#
• Pmax 20 bar
• Temperature range -25 °C to +55 °C (-10°C to 55°C )
• Measuring ranges up to 1:200
• Measuring accuracy +- 1% / +- 2%
• Compact housing of aluminium (DN50) or ductile iron (DN50 to DN100)
• Service interval 8 years
• Suitable for use in horizontal and vertical position
• Stable housing
• Compact mounting (to the wall)
• No upstream and downstream pipe sections required
• HF sensors possible (optionally)
• Higher temperature resistance (HTB) according to EN 12480

The IGTM-WT meter is a precise and low-priced turbine gas meter for secondary and industrial volume measurement. In its basic design the meter has an 8-digit mechanical register and a low-frequency pulse output. A medium-frequency pulse output (NAMUR) is optionally available. The IGTM-WT meter has a wafer type design and is installed between 2 flanges.

The IGTM-WT meter can be used for measurement of various types of gases, such as natural gas, air, nitrogen, biogas*)

Available ranges

• from 10 to 2,500 m³/h
• with diameters of DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN150 and DN200 - every IGTM-WT meter is suitable for installation between 2 flanges PN10/16 or ANSI150#RF
• with low-frequency Reed (contact) sensor and optional medium-frequency  NAMUR sensor
• with aluminium housing
• accuracy of ±1.5% (of 20%-100%) and ±3.0% (of a minimum of 20%)
• suitable for connection to a PTZ-BOX volume converter (for instance, PTZ-BOX 3.0 ) for conversion to normal volume

The IGTM-CT turbine gas meter meets all relevant standards (EN, ISO, OIML, etc.) and is approved for custody transfer in the European Union and many other countries, for instance, MID, and has numerous other metrological approvals. It is a precisely measuring gas meter with a register and with various electronic pulse outputs.

The IGTM-CT meter can be used for measurement of various kinds of gases, such as natural gas, air, nitrogen, hydrogen, biogas*), acid gas *) and more. The IGTM-CT meter is available for the following ranges:

• From 5 to 10,000 m³/h
• With diameters of DN 50 (2“) to DN 400(16“)
• With flanges PN 10 – PN 100 or ANSI 150 – 300 – 600 (RF or RTJ)
• With low-frequency Reed (contact) sensors and high-frequency  NAMUR sensors
• In carbon steel, spheroidal cast iron or special steel*)
• With standard (1:20) or improved measuring range
• Many options (calibration, certificates, special wishes)
