This is a controller for use in the gluing of business forms (slips, envelopes, etc.). It is easy to control glue lines and glue dot lines.

You can freely set up the gluing patterns that you want, such as glue skipping to avoid document tenting, or zig-zag gluing.
All system setting up is programmed via the touch-screen panel, to enhance operability.

The touch-screen panel displays all the settings, making the system easy to program even for a beginner.
The base unit in the SM9000 series has 8 channels. You can add additional (4-channel or 8-channel) units to increase the total number of channels up to a maximum of 32.
The controller sets the operation mode of the applicator nozzles.
The controller has a built-in function that adjusts the glue pressure in response to the speed of the collator.
The controller also has a function that enables the voltage gain to be changed in the middle of operation.
The length of the glue points can be changed to any length.
The setup of the zig-zag gluing action can be changed from the conventional 2 nozzles per set to as many nozzles per set as required.
Up to 99 commonly used gluing patterns can be named (alphanumerically) and stored in memory.
The SM9000 series has a full range of maintenance-supporting functions that include counts of nozzle discharges, a function which numerically displays the extent of nozzle consumption, as well as functions that monitor the power supply, voltage and other factors in various points in the system.

The Powerpack AJ02 / AJ03 is a kind of an electro-hydraulic actuator. It is of the proportional positioning type and has a hydraulic work piston that is proportional to the electrical system, with the function of converting a DC electrical signal (DC 4-20mA) into a motion of the hydraulic work piston. 1. Mô tả Autowide Sensor AAWL

The Autowide Sensor AWL is used mainly for CPC (center position control) to detect the center line on a strip (web).

It can continuously control the center line at a constant position without changing the position of the sensor each time the width of the strip changes (large changes such as seams etc.). The AWL is a new generation of detector which uses a highfrequency LED as the projector and SPDs(silicon photo diodes) as the detector.

The LED of the light source ensures a longer service life．
The SPD of the detecting element ensures a higher response than conventional sensors.
The light source is lit at a high frequency and is synchronized．There is almost no effect from peripheral light(less than 1/50，compared with a fluorescent lamp-type Autowide Sensor).
The sensor gap be fixed at any position.

3. Nguyên lý hoạt động Autowide Sensor AAWL

The right and left detectors detect the deviation of the strip edges from the center line, and send signals the amplifier. The amplifier amplifies the difference between the right and left signals and sends the signal to the hydraulic controller or electric controller to perform CPC.

When a strip travels with its center coincident to the center of the line, the signal from the amplifier is zero. In this state, the work cylinder is positioned at the center. When a strip deviates either to the right or to the left, the positive or negative signal, which is determined by the direction for correction, is transmitted to the controller, and the cylinder works in the direction to correct the displacement of the strip.

3. Nguyên lý hoạt động Linear Sensor LSE4096

Linear Sensor LSE4096 là một cảm biến hình ảnh tuyến tính CCD với 4.096 pixel ô ảnh được sắp xếp thành các hàng với khoảng cách 7μm. Ánh sáng bị che mờ một phần bởi đối tượng đo đi qua thấu kính để tạo thành hình ảnh trên thụ thể. Tín hiệu xung là đầu ra với các mức khác nhau tỷ lệ thuận với lượng ánh sáng rơi trên mỗi pixel. Đó là tín hiệu video và nó được phát ra dưới dạng chuỗi thời gian của tín hiệu xung. Từ tín hiệu video đó, số lượng tín hiệu xung vượt quá một mức nhất định được đo và điện áp tương tự (0 ~ 5V) tỷ lệ với số đo đó (tương đương với phần sáng nhận được ánh sáng) là đầu ra.

2. Đặc điểm Paper Checker PC300/210

The Paper Checker PC300 and UH300 are a double-sheet feed detector developed specially for sheet-fed presses. Besides paper, it can also be used with aluminum laminate, poly-laminated paper, plastics and a number of other materials. It can also handle a wide range of thickness, and the thickness in use can be simply selected from a switch on the operation panel for easy changeovers. PC300 can detect double sheets of any material and prevents double sheets from being fed at once due to operator errors or omissions.

The Paper Checker PC210 and UH200 detect a splice or breakage of a web in every process of a web. In addition, it detects the feeding of double sheets by a sack machine which should feed one sheet at a time. When an abnormality is detected in each application, it is indicated on the controller and the output relay is activated. This contact causes the alarm buzzer to sound and the alarm indicator to light, thus notifying the operator or stopping the operation.

Our new TM340 tension meter is compatible with Nireco's entire line-up of tension sensors (MB, MG, MC, CD, MJ, CJ, TSA, Intrinsically safe TSA ) and displays their tension readings.

The Sensing Nozzle pneumatically and continuously detects the displacement of a web edge without contacting the web. The air pressure for detection is sent to the diaphragm detecting element of the hydraulic controller or the pneumoelectric transducer.

The Sensing Nozzle (SN12) is designed for light industries such as paper, film and textiles. Low-pressure air is blown onto the web edge, therefore, blowing problems may be expected if web material is gauze or the tension is weak. In such a case, a guide bar is used to maintain a constant path line for the web. This sensing nozzle delivers the same performance as the SN15, in a smaller and more lightweight package. Use it in cramped areas where an SN15 won't fit.

Gain readjustment not required

The change in output voltage for line (edge) deviation is not influenced by line width or color; therefore, once the gain of the controller is set during a trial run, it is not necessary to readjust the gain.

Position signal retention function

During the interval when a line (edge) leaves the view field to when it returns, the position signal generated immediately before the line (edge) leaves the view field is retained and output. Therefore, a follow-up operation can be performed when the meander speed of a web is fast and the line (edge) tends to be out of the view field.

Line Follower Head LH500 is a sensor that optically detects register lines or patterns printed on a web and, in combination with a controller (*1), can be used to form an EPC (Edge Position Control) and LFC (Line Follower Control) system.

Line Follower Head LH500 stores detected lines as image information, which it uses to perform pattern matching and comparison operations on image information during operation. With this new system, even if register lines and printing accessories are mixed, the stored lines are always tracked.
