GSAV-4000 is a venturi tube flow meter, specially designed to be applied to fluids sensitive to pressure loss, whose feature is a lower pressure loss compared with orifice type or nozzle type flow meter. Able to transmit the flow rate signal to the outside for checking, it can be controlled while interlocked with several peripheral devices.

1. Mô tả Differential Pressure Flowmeter Kometer NDPE

NDPE-S is a differential pressure flow meter which can check the momentary flow rate and the integrated flow rate at the site using differential pressure transmitter installed into the orifice body.

It can be utilized at nearly most of industrial sites as it can be used for most of fluids (liquids, gases and saturated vapor) and also can be used at sites with high temperature and pressure. In applying to the piping it can be easily installed horizontally and vertically with a high degree of freedom having a small diameter up to a large diameter.

DPE-S-PT is a differential pressure flow meter which can check the momentary flow rate and the integrated flow rate at the site using differential pressure transmitter installed into the orifice body. KTR-550-F-SA is a specially designed turbine flow meter for being used in foods, drinks, and pharmaceutical fields. It has been specially designed so that it can be kept in a clean and aseptic condition with no crevice, cracked space, or sanitary defect. Because its driving part is mechanical, it can be applied for all fluids of low temperature to high temperature with relatively high accuracy and excellent reproducibility.

Turbine Flowmeter KTR-550-F-SA can be applied to alcohol, toluene, etc. which are not electrically conductive. And it can be used in high-tech hygienic facilities, foods and drinks industry, pharmaceutical industry, etc. However, it is recommended to not use for fluids containing sludge or highly viscous fluids. Also, it can be manufactured in sanitary clamp type, sanitary male type and with varied standard hygiene end connection as well to cope with various piping conditions.

KMSG-9000MT has been specially manufactured with driving part and indication part showing the flow rate separated. Flow meter with top-notch technology integrated is suitable for sites with especially highly difficult condition or difficult access.

KMSG-9000MT having no driving part is excellent in durability with a long life and able to provide a much larger flow ratio (200:1) than mechanical flow meters. And it is suitable to piping where the field conditions are not stable because the temperature and pressure is automatically compensated.

Cảm biến lưu lượng F3 gồm một cánh quạt với năm cánh quạt. Trong mỗi cánh là một nam châm vĩnh cửu. Mỗi khi một nam châm đi qua tương ứng của đầu dò, một xung được tạo ra. Chất lỏng chảy bên trong ống gây ra sự quay của rôto, tạo ra tín hiệu sóng vuông với tần số tỷ lệ thuận với vận tốc của chất lỏng. Cảm biến được lắp đặt trong đường ống, bằng một loạt các phụ kiện được thiết kế đặc biệt để cung cấp.
Các cảm biến dòng chảy F3 đơn giản và đáng tin cậy, phù hợp để sử dụng với từng loại chất lỏng không có các hạt rắn lơ lửng. Cảm biến có thể đo tốc độ dòng chảy thấp tới 0,15 m / s, tạo ra tín hiệu đầu ra có tần số với độ lặp lại cao. Một cấu trúc chắc chắn và một công nghệ đã được chứng minh đảm bảo hiệu suất tối ưu và hầu như không cần bảo trì. Hơn nữa, các thiết bị điện tử mới có đầu ra kéo đẩy cho phép kết nối cảm biến với bất kỳ loại đầu vào kỹ thuật số nào cả NPN và PNP.
