Bộ điều khiển áp suất của chúng tôi cung cấp điều khiển vòng kín bằng cách loại bỏ sự sụt giảm và độ trễ liên quan đến bộ điều chỉnh áp suất màng lò xo cơ học truyền thống. Bộ điều khiển áp suất Brooks có sẵn với các cảm biến áp suất bên trong để kiểm soát áp suất lên đến 4500 psig. Kết quả: bộ điều khiển áp suất điện tử giữ các quá trình quan trọng trên mục tiêu.
