Pressure transmitter DMP331 là một thiết bị cảm biến dựa trên máy đo biến dạng silicon với độ lặp lại cao và đo độ trễ áp suất thấp. Chip silicon được phân lập từ môi trường áp suất bằng màng thép không gỉ mỏng và dầu silicon.

Độ nhạy cao của máy đo biến dạng bán dẫn silicon tạo điều kiện cho dải áp suất thấp xuống thấp đến 0 đến 100 mbar tương thích với môi trường ẩm ướt,khu vực làm việc có thể chứa khí quyển dễ cháy hoặc bụi.
